He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma. Andy is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law and also has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Andy is a member of the Oklahoma, Oklahoma County, and American Bar Associations, the Oklahoma School Board Attorneys Association, and the National School Boards Association&#8217;s Council of School Attorneys.</p> <p class="bodytext"><strong>Laura L. Holmes</strong> has been practicing law since 1991 and began representing school districts in 1992. She has represented common schools, career technology schools, and community colleges during her years in practice. Laura is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the state courts of Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma. Laura graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree with distinction and from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors. Laura is a member of the Oklahoma and American Bar Associations, the National School Boards Association&#8217;s Council of School Attorneys, and the Oklahoma School Board Attorneys Association.</p> <p class="bodytext"><strong>Stephanie J. Mather</strong> has been practicing law since 1981. Stephanie is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma as well as the state courts of Oklahoma. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude and Juris Doctorate with honors, both from Oklahoma City University. Stephanie is a member of the Oklahoma, American, and Lincoln County Bar Associations, the National School Boards Association&#8217;s Council of School Attorneys, and the Oklahoma School Board Attorneys Association.</p> <hr width="100%" size="1" noshade> <p class="bodytext"><strong>Heather Hendricks</strong> has been practicing law since 2005. She is admitted to practice law before the state courts of Oklahoma and Texas, and before the Federal District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Heather graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma in 2002, with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs and Administration and a minor in Chinese language. As an undergraduate, she worked as an intern at the Oklahoma State Department of Education, where she gained experience in the areas of State Aid and Student Transfers. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2005. During law school, she served as a licensed legal intern for the University of Oklahoma Civil Clinic program, which provides free representation to low income clients in the Norman area. She was awarded the title of "Distinguished Civil Clinic Student" for her efforts in this area. Heather is a member of the Oklahoma, Texas, and American Bar Associations, the National School Boards Association's Council of School Attorneys, and the Oklahoma School Board Attorneys Association.</p> <p class="bodytext"><strong>Kristina L. Bell</strong> has been practicing law since 2007. She is admitted to practice law before the state courts of Oklahoma and the Federal District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts. Kristina graduated Summa cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Letters and minors in Latin and Legal Studies. Kristina graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2007. Kristina served as both an Articles Editor and the Symposium Editor on the American Indian Law Review, which published her Comment. Kristina also served as an editor on the 2006 Symposium Board of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. Kristina was named to the Order of Solicitors for her involvement in both intraschool and national moot court competitions, qualifying as a Sweet 16 Finalist and a Quarter Finalist, respectively. Kristina has worked as a licensed legal intern in the Litigation Division of the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office and engaged in private practice focused on various aspects of civil insurance defense litigation, including torts, civil rights, and employment law. Kristina is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, and Luther Bohanon American Inn of Court.</p> <p class="bodytext"><strong>Liza McGinn</strong> is a graduate of St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. Liza was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1997 and the Oklahoma Bar in 2003. She began in 1995 as an intern with the School Law firm of Walsh, Anderson, Brown, Aldridge & Gallegos, P.C. and continued as an associate there for 8 years. A former special education teacher, she primarily practiced in the area of Special Education Litigation. She has spoken at numerous workshops, seminars and conferences in the areas of general school law and special education. Liza has also practiced in various other areas of litigation including medical and nursing home malpractice as well as worker's compensation and insurance defense.
