The Center for Education Law was formed
in 1983 to provide legal services tailored to public school
districts in Oklahoma. The Center’s attorneys collectively
have over 75 years of experience in the practice of the complex
and unique field of education law and in civil litigation.
The Center concentrates its practice in the area of education
law.
The Center for Education Law is a professional
corporation organized under the laws of the State of Oklahoma
to provide legal services to public school districts.

Many students struggling in reading, math,
and language arts are entitled to extra academic help and
tutoring. Under Title I of the recently enacted No Child Left
Behind Act, children from low-income families who are having
trouble achieving academically are entitled to educational
assistance at public school expense. |
